The everyday difference
Personal routines. Personal choices.
Personal care concerns everyday routines such as washing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Support should start with what the person wants to do independently and where assistance would be welcome. Discuss comfort, privacy, mobility needs, and the level of help required before agreeing specific tasks.

A little clarity
Before you arrange support.
Is care available in my area?
Service location and staffing need to be confirmed individually. Request a callback to discuss where support is needed before making arrangements.
How soon can care begin?
A start date can only be confirmed after reviewing your needs, location, any required authorization, and staffing. Submitting a request does not reserve a caregiver or guarantee a start date.
How are payment and eligibility confirmed?
Payment options and any program or insurance eligibility must be verified for the individual and requested service. Ask the payer and provider to confirm the requested service, any authorization, and your share of the cost before care begins.
